1. Engineering and Consulting Services

Dominark Digital Private Limited provides custom software engineering, mobile application development, SaaS platform development, and IT consulting services. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures for these services will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dominark Digital Private Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dominark Digital.

For custom software engineering projects, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the applicable Statement of Work.

3. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dominark Digital Private Limited.

Dominark Digital has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. In no event shall Dominark Digital Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
